Will be honoured by Bowaters should an incidence of discolouration to the external facade of the UPVC occurs due to Ultraviolet Light.

Providing the fault is due to fair wear and tear, or a failure due to the materials or workmanship, 'R' Glass Ltd will replace or repair any defect free of charge for a period of five years from the date of installation.

NOT COVERED

1. Defects in the glass excluded by the glass manufacturer's guarantee.
2. Deterioration and or natural shrinkage of timber.
3. The incidence of condensation. (Except when in between the glass.)
4. Hostilities or acts of civil disturbance.
5. Fire damage.
6. The movement of glazing from the original poistion of installation by persons other than those authorised by 'R' Glass Ltd.
7. Defects caused by alteration ora failur ein the building, such as subsidenc and heave.
